Just picked this up. I like the Yucateco line. This doesn’t have the typical habanero fruitiness but still a nice sauce and fairly mild.

There great. The green one nice and I think they have a habanero one that is very fruity and hot.

It’s great and is doesn’t have food coloring like their other sauces.

Never tried their Caribbean. Odd that its less fruity. I usually find Caribbean sauces super fruity. Probably because they usually use scotch bonnets though

  4. Never had a bad one by them aside from the lack liquid smoke flavored one. I’ll have to try it out. Looks good

That’s the one that broke DJ Khaled.

  6. It’s similar to Marie Sharp’s, Melinda’s “original” (a copy of Marie Sharp’s) and other habanero + carrot + lime sauces from the Caribbean.

Marie Sharp’s: red habanero peppers, carrots, water, vinegar, onions, salt, lime juice and garlic

El Yucateco Caribbean: water, habanero peppers, carrots, salt, spices, acetic acid, onion powder, citric acid, xantham gum

Solid choice. Great on street tacos, though I like the green one better because it has a tang to it (I think lime)
