Protein Hot Pockets for lunch this week

    I doubled a recipe from Aussie Fitness, then adjusted for macros. 800g flour, 820g low fat Greek yogurt, 2 tsp baking soda, and salt, garlic, bay leaves and oregano. Mixed those together until you get a crumbly texture, then knead it into a ball. Divide that into 16 even portions, then flatten each portion with a rolling pin. Load each one with 20g of pizza sauce, 25g of fat free mozzarella, and 25g of pepperoni (I used turkey pepperoni). Pinch sides together to seal, then pan fry with the lid on for 5ish minutes on each side. Each one is about 300 calories, 25g of protein, and 40g of carbs. Freezing them up, then eating 2 at a time

    I love Aussie fitness! Good to know it’s as pretty made by someone else as when he makes it. How are they??? I want to make them when I have more time to fuck around in the kitchen
