    Wow that looks amazing.

    Only thing I would do differently, I wouldn’t serve saltimbocca with risotto.

    One is an appetizer and the other is a first course, so they’re usually served separately.

    Also one is from Rome and the other is from Milan, so lots of contrast there 😉

    But outside of that, very good work!

    I think that the only issue was with saltimbocca that were a little bit too salty. /s

    I liked what I see except the risotto, might be the picture but looks like the mantecatura is messed up (not to mention the weird addition of saltimbocca on top, but you probably know it).

    As an Italian who is very picky about food I can tell you that this looks amazing!!!!
