  1. Absolutely correct, 'Stews with attitude'. Thank you for showing cooking in a pot. Wish Saffron was more affordable…

  2. Love the beef tagine..a big favourite in this household, but I would never leave in the green in the center of garlic!!
Now to try that chicken! Thank you for this. 🙏

  3. Hi Jamie…
    Sorry I haven't got a tagine…
But, good you can cook either in a pot, "saucepan"…
    Looks amazing…
The beef and chicken tagine are looking delicious…
    All the ingredients I love…
    Well done ✅…
Love and blessings for you and your family 🙏🏽 ❤xx…

  4. Why do British chefs always feel the need to remix other countries’ food? Now I get how Italians feel watching Ramsay put beans in carbonara, that’s me seeing Jamie Oliver’s ‘Moroccan’ recipes

If you have some Moroccan friends ask them to translate this for you,
‘ rak ghir katrawen a m3allem khali tyab lmalih’

The one and only creature in this world can make delicious Moroccan food is the Moroccan woman ! 💪🏼

  5. Seriously Mate 😮 a complete mess 😅 No offence, but no Moroccan will dare to eat that

  6. Thank you Jamie. Excellent work as usual, only one thing, traditionally Tajine is never served with couscous, only with bread. This is not common in Morocco or Moroccan culture. Bread is always served with Tajine dishes, not couscous. Couscous is a meal of it own and often served fridays.
