Thank you Jamie. Excellent work as usual, only one thing, traditionally Tajine is never served with couscous, only with bread. This is not common in Morocco or Moroccan culture. Bread is always served with Tajine dishes, not couscous. Couscous is a meal of it own and often served fridays.
