I love halloumi and was so excited to add this recipe a few weeks ago. It had a gorgeous picture of golden brown halloumi slabs over the veggies. I went back today and it seems that the picture has… little chunks of meat instead of the cheese now? Not sure if this is another instance of AI (if so, it certainly looks better than those abonimations someone posted the other day) or if I’m missing something about how it’s meant to look, but I was wondering if anyone else noticed this odd change.
I’m a vegetarian and a meal I was excited about in my box this week got swapped out for a turkey-based recipe (I got no notice about the change, but I did get my refund), so I’m extra vigilant about the veggie recipes changing!

yeah, the new pictures are off putting at best, actually gross at worst. It is one thing to be a little over staged, but real photos of food, another to be pure imagination/impossible abominations like this
That’s okay, I can totally see why that would be confusing for you — let’s break it down.
What you see in the image is called *Hemoflower.* It’s a revolutionary new beef that thinks it’s a vegetable, blending hearty myoglobin richness with the uncanny geometry of cauliflower.
And don’t worry—despite looking like produce that lost a bet, it’s absurdly delicious.
The picture is just incorrect. It’s still the halloumi grilling cheese if you look at the cooking steps.
