I have been playing around for weeks and I finally feel like I've got the hang of this – its fluffy and the springy and perfectly chewy. This is just a simply white bread I wanted to learn for sandwiches and the loaves I stared with were NOT this beautiful.

Its the perfect sandwich bread – im really proud 🙂

I used the reciped from Rogers Foods – I like their bread flour (I hydrate +2-4% when using breadflour in place of all purpose and have found great success)
