Former Crust co-founder plans major expansion of greek chain to 150 stores by 2030

It’s been 11 years in the making, but the former Crust co-founder now behind burgeoning chain Zeus Street Greek is embarking on a major expansion that will take the franchise from 45 stores to 150 by 2030.

The business already has agreements in place to take its store count to 75 within the next two years, with the vision to roll out 18 to 20 new locations each year for the foreseeable future. Its internal metrics indicate it will surpass $120 million in annualised revenue when it opens its 50th store early next year.
