Costco has a sale this weekend for $75 off per whole package of boneless Prime Ribeye roast. Bought the smallest one I can find so that equals roughly to $14.69 per pound. 3/4 of it was a roast and 1/4 of it made 6 steaks. Used my bro n sear for low and slow for a little over 5hrs, rest for 30mins, sear for 15mins.
