I’m in zone 8b (I think), in western France. It’s been an unusually warm fall, but colder temperatures seem to have arrived finally. These potatoes are left over from my crop earlier in the year. I was wondering if I should cover these for the winter, or just let them go as is? Or should I harvest what’s there?

I’d let them go. Potatoes will grow until they can’t…then when it gets too cold…go semi-dormant and pick back up as the weather warms up.
