On the occasion of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, Chef Biagio Aprea of Osteria Anna restaurant will give a lecture on Italian cuisine for students in the Culinary Arts and Food Design course of the Faculty of Hotel and Tourism at Kyung Hee University in Seoul.
During the meeting, participants will prepare spaghetti with cherry tomatoes and lemons, discovering the balance between traditional Italian pasta and the fresh flavors of the Mediterranean.
Next, the chef will present a special demonstration of rockfish risotto, illustrating cooking techniques and principles of contemporary Italian cuisine.
