
Spent about $35 for 6ish pounds of turkey breast. Did a shawarma vibe rub on it with a bunch of black peoper. Pulled from the smoker and wrapped in shmaltz and honey. Was pretty pleased with it but my vert. Smoker doesn't have a bottom vent to adjust temperature so it's pretty annoying. Hopefully upgrading soon.
Shawarma rub
¼ cup and 2 teaspoons cumin (30 grams)
1 tablespoons turmeric
1 ¼ teaspoons paprika
1 ¼ teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon garlic
½ teaspoon coriander
½ teaspoon allspice
