After reading the comments I realized I probably should have named the dish for clarity. What you see here is my first attempt at a real Carbonara made with egg yolks, Guanciale and Parmegiano Reggiano.

Not a fan of parsley on the sauce that must not be mentioned, but for the rest, it looks like an awesome job! Enjoy!
