This is my first pepper 🫑 yay! It’s started green now it’s turning red. I thought they were all going to be green 😅 the package just said bell peppers so I really wasn’t sure. Anyway I’m not sure when to know it is ready? Any help would be appreciated.

For my Cayenne I know they’ve fully matured when the pepper stem easily detaches from the plant
