I am planning a Christmas cookie decorating class for December and I have a few questions on the logistics for anyone who has experience with hosting classes! First, how do you send the cookies home with class-goers without them getting crackly and warped from moving them before they’re dry? I will have access to ovens, could I use them as a quick dehydrator to get a crust before sending them off? Also, does anyone have any easy, 1 layer Christmas designs? Can use wet on wet techniques. And please let me know any other tips you have for teaching decorating classes! Thanks!
