
Update: We’ve placed an order with Maine Lobster Now. They were the only supplier who provided a quality certificate and deliver their lobsters fresh and raw, not frozen. We’re planning to do a few trial dishes and are excited to see how it turns out before finalizing our regular supplier! Thanks for recommendations.
We're opening a seafood restaurant in New York and want to source our products locally.
Specifically, where should we get our lobster from? We're considering options from the Hudson River or other Northeastern states.
Has anyone had good experiences with lobster suppliers in NY or other NE states? Are there any recommendations for a reliable source?
