Not your typical plain cheesecake with syrup or compote on top . The batter itself is blueberry with a light blueberry buttercream exterior and a small compote blueberry top with a glaze finish and garnished with blueberry. I’ve improved the recipe this third try and it’s not too sweet and not too blueberry-ish. Perfectly balanced
