
Note: The second time I made the attached chocolate-covered krisps (approx. 34 or more of them), approx. half the batch turned into choco-bloom after storing them in fridge. I forget exactly how I stored them the second time compared to the first time, but I usually make them for friends' festive occasions. I barely have room to store such large batches in my cramped fridge, but that's what keeps them fresh, and in any case, I seem to recall chocolate blooming on me even when stored outside the fridge.
So my question is: Is there a fairly fool-proof storage method to help avoid bloom of the type of bulk-candy shown in my photo?
