Served a three course meal at a small event space/kitchen/market in Washington DC last Friday. Would do it again in a heart beat! It was fantastic sharing my passion with others. Starter course was a daikon wafu salad, with miso shortbread cookies & frozen grapes for dessert. Shoyu Wontonmen for the ramen.
