    I like how easy this recipe is. My folks would boil the sweet potatoes and then go at them with the peeler… lol! This is so much simpler. I love the variety with the toppings, too. I might throw a lil ginger powder in mine. Thanks, unc!

I’ve never tried to make one, but I’m pretty sure I can, but it won’t be anything like yours. lol!!🤗😉 this looks absolutely delicious, and the potatoes ingredients, you put in ,very flavorful.     That is one delicious sweet potato pie. I have never had a sweet potato pie becuase it isnt a thing here in Australia and we dont have thanksgiving as a celebration here. I would have the pecans on top or the classic style.

    I bake the sweet potato pie with the pecan topping. Don’t need extra sugar on top or crumbles. The roasted pecans speak for themselves. Oh so good.
