Not a good plant mom let me say that, in general a first time vegetable gardener.

Had this baby outside on the balcony but about a month ago brought it inside cause it got too cold. Kept it in a too warm place at first so got an upgrade for kitchen window sill where it should be alright.

Two questions:
1. Is using a watering bulb okay?
2. What do I do about the yellowing leaves? Remove or keep?

Any help appreciated 🫶🏻

I’ve got a pepper that’ll be on its third year this summer. During the winter, I don’t expect it to look good, the goal is just to keep it alive. It loses lots of leaves in winter. I take it outside as often as I can, weather permitting. Once it goes back out full time in spring it QUICKLY bounces back and makes a ton of peppers very early.
