Mumbai, 17th November 2025: Grand Hyatt Mumbai, the city’s landmark destination for luxury hospitality and world-class dining, announces an extraordinary culinary showcase – ‘The Michelin Edition’, a three-day pop up celebrating the art of Sicilian gastronomy led by Sicily’s celebrated Michelin starred Chef Patrizia Di Benedetto. The exclusive dining experience will take place from November 21 to 23 at Celini, the hotel’s signature Italian restaurant.
Chef Patrizia Di Benedetto is acclaimed for her modern interpretation of Mediterranean cuisine crafted with pristine ingredients and a deep respect for Sicilian tradition. Guests can expect refined flavours thoughtful storytelling on each plate and the technical mastery that defines Michelin starred dining. The pop up presents a rare opportunity to indulge in an immersive journey that brings together Italian finesse and contemporary culinary craft.
The specially designed vegetarian and non vegetarian tasting menus feature signature dishes such as Caprese breezer with tomato sorbet and burrata Paccheri alla Norma Lamb in pistachio crust and Pistachio parfait with warm chocolate sauce. The A la Carte menu includes a curated selection of antipasti pasta and main courses representing the finest expressions of contemporary Sicilian cuisine.
The experience begins on November 21 with a specially curated wine dinner that pairs each course with Italy’s finest wines and includes a welcome drink at Juniper Bar with service from 7.30pm to midnight. On November 22 and 23 diners can enjoy a Set Menu or an extensive A la Carte selection with service for lunch and dinner from 12.30pm to 3pm and 7.30pm to midnight.
Chef Patrizia Di Benedetto is noted for her culinary philosophy that blends creativity authenticity and sustainability with dishes that honour the regional ingredients of Sicily while presenting them through a modern Michelin sensibility.
