Makes: 10-12 slices | Time: 20 mins ⏱️

🟢 Ingredients

Nuts

¼ cup almonds
¼ cup pistachios
¼ cup cashews

Sweetener

¼ cup chopped dry figs
½ cup de-seeded dates
2 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp water

Coating

2 tsp poppy seeds, roasted

🟢 Method

1. Chop all the nuts into small pieces. Roast them in a pot on low flame for 3–4 minutes until lightly browned and aromatic. Set aside.

2. In a small jar, blend the figs, dates, raisins, and water until sticky and combined.

3. Mix the sweetener and roasted nuts in a bowl to form a dough.

4. Roll the dough into a cylindrical shape, coat with roasted poppy seeds, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

5. Slice into circles and serve!

Storage tip: These rolls keep well in the refrigerator for up to a week. Perfect for festive gifting or a quick energy snack.
