Hey guys, welcome back to my channel. Mikey’s in the kitchen. Thank you for subscribing to my channel. I really appreciate it. And if you’re new, first time watching, please hit that subscribe button. Now, today I want to show you guys I made this honey garlic baked pork chop dinner. Real simple and easy. You can see I rub my pork chops down with some olive oil after I patted them dry. Season them up with some salt. And we’re going to add some pepper. And we’re going to do this on both sides. We’re going to add some garlic powder, some onion powder, some uh pepper raka. We’re going to rub that in real good. Now, we’re going to make our glaze. Going to add butter. We add some minced garlic. Then we’re going to come in with some soy sauce. Then we going to add a little lemon juice. We’re going to add some honey. And we’re going to whisk this up real good. And we going to reduce our heat to a simmer and let this tighten up. And then we going to set it to the side. Now, next up, we going to work on our pork chops. Going to add a little olive oil to hot skillet. Now, we’re going to brown our pork chops on both sides. Going to cook them for about uh two to three minutes on each side. And once they’re done, we’re going to take them out and set them to the side. Okay, we got our pork chops brown. Now we’re going to set them on this sheet pan. Now we’re going to work on our vegetables. We’re going to slice some red uh potatoes in half and then we’re going to season them up. Real simple seasoning on them, guys. Of course, you can add your own seasoning. We’re going to add a little olive oil. And we’re going to add some salt and some pepper. And this going to come in a slow motion here, guys. I like that slow motion. And we’re going to toss these up. And we going to sit these to the side. And then we going to work on our green beans. We can do the same thing. Now, as far as these green beans are concerned, uh you can snap the beans in half. Uh I didn’t do that, but you can. It would make it a lot easier. um you know for eating. And we’re just going to season it up the same way. Salt and pepper. Add that olive oil. And we going to toss it up real good. Now, we’re going to brush this uh sauce uh over our pork chop. And we’re also going to add some to our potatoes, too, as well. And we’re going to bake this for 25 minutes at 400°. Please. Now, the green beans wasn’t done enough for me, so I covered and put it in put them back in the oven for another five minutes cuz I wanted those green beans uh get a little bit more done. And then uh we took them out. Now I’m going to go ahead on and plate them up. We’re going to dazzle some of that more of that sauce on top of the pork chops and uh add a little blueberry muffin. There you go, guys. Honey garlic pork chop dinner. See you in the next video. Thanks for watching.
