PORTLAND (WGME) — There is a new tool to help people find food assistance in Maine.
The state launched a map showing every documented location statewide.
The Maine Department of Agriculture says that includes pantries, meal sites, school-based programs, WIC clinics and other free or donation-based food assistance services.
Each pinpoint includes addresses, contact info and hours of operation.
