Creamy Chicken Pide Recipe

Today I’m sharing one of my favorite recipes Creamy Cheesy Chicken Pide.
This Turkish bread is incredibly soft and has a delicious creamy chicken filling with lots of cheese. It bakes beautifully and melts in your mouth. I hope you will try this recipe at home and enjoy it with your family.

✨Ingredients:
Chicken Filling
•850g Chicken Breast (cut into small cubes)
• 125g (1/2cup) Yogurt
•1tsp Paprika Powder
•1tsp Cumin Powder
•1tsp Chili Powder
•1/2tsp Chili Flakes
•1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder
•1tsp Origano
•1tsp Slat or to taste
•1tbsp Garlic Paste
•Half a Lemon Juice
•2tbsp Olive Oil

For the Dough:
•125ml (1/2 cup) lukewarm Water
•240ml (1 cup) lukewarm Milk
•15g (1tbsp) Sugar
•8g (2tsp) Instant Dry Yeast
•540g (4 1/3 cups) All Purpose Flour
•6g (1tsp) Salt
•40g (3tbsp) Olive Oil

•2tbsp Butter / Oil
• 1tbsp Tomato Paste
• 200ml (3/4 cup) Cream
•Fresh Chopped Coriander
•Mozzarella Cheese
