I love sprouts. Boiled, roasted, fried, raw.
Chicken is extremely dangerous to feed to animals due to the bones . If you feed meat only, it's fine, but never feed them the bones.

No need to wash them just peel them layer by layer trow away the outer layers. And you halve them and you low fire in olive oil lid on untill they caramelize and i takes a while just salt and pepper and you will have the best brussel sprouts ever keep it simple the less additions the better the pureness off the taste. Never boil vegetables just low heat in olive oil is perfect for most vegetables just time is essential
That's how I make them minus the pepper ( should try it though ) . I think some chestnuts also go well with them .

We usually just slice the sprouts and bake them with bacon.

I like to steam sprouts, they stay green and crisp that way and are not soggy like they are when boiled in water.
I boil the sprouts.Drain the water off and put the sprouts in a dish with butter.Put them back in the oven on a slow heat.Taste fine and like I said plenty of butter.
Iโm 62 years old until about 10 years ago I hated brussels sprouts but after cutting them in half throw in a little chili pepper flakes,little bacon , Olive oil maybe some garlic seasoning throw them in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes ๐๐๐๐๐

In my humble opinion, it is best to feed these dastardly balls of bitter SHITE into a "full-auto pneumatic sprout launcher," then shoot stupid people with them, when it's attitude adjustment time.
Eating these horrid things is most definitely out of the question. Nice video though!
