Pressed Chicken Fried Steak – Another Day in Paradise
In the next episode of the Squish Series, I’m making a true classic – chicken fried steak. I use a tortilla press to tenderize the meat and get it paper thin. Once it’s breaded and fried, it’s covered in Southern white gravy. My dad’s whole side of the family is from Texas, so I’ve got a real soft spot for CFS. Really enjoyed this one 🫶🫶
