has this ever happened to someone? our box didn’t come sunday which is the day it’s supposed to and then it didn’t come monday (yesterday) and today it says failed so looks like i’m not getting it at all….

Happened to me once – I think it got destroyed during shipping.
I did not get charged for the week.

It happened to me a few weeks ago and seems to be happening again with this week’s box. They’ll try to send you a new box at some point or give you a refund.
