The one you made looks way more like a pillar candle I would own… cuz I’d have to poke at it after it started to melt and then wax would go everywhere and it would collapse. 🤣. But silliness aside, I’m proud of you for attempting it!

Hey, did you have fun making it? That’s all that matters. Just make em and enjoy it. If after some time they start to look more how you want, then it’s just a bonus.

I love that you challenged yourself! I have been a making cakes as a hobby for roughly 25 years and when I have tried a new technique, for instance the one you attempted dripped chocolate, it hasn’t always panned out. That’s why no matter how badly the decorating turns out make sure the cake inside is delicious! People will appreciate the effort and those who don’t are not worth the effort to begin with!
And TBH I am pretty sure I had a snowball candle that looked like that!
