Just used my new Z Grills pellet grill for the first time today.
I’ve always been a gas guy, so this thing felt way more high-tech than I expected. Had no idea what I was doing at first, kept checking the lid, watching the temp, and making sure smoke was actually coming out.
Did a pork tenderloin for the first run, and it turned out juicy with a nice light smoke. Honestly, it was way easier than I thought. Didn’t have to fight the fire, didn’t panic once it hit temp, and the house still smells amazing.
Still figuring it out, but I get the hype now.
Any tips for a total pellet newbie?
