Pepper help

So my Padilla bajio pepper are STILL not ripe. There’s 1 that I feel is already there if not very close. My questions are; all these spots just recently showed up, what is it? Is it worth treating or should I just let the peppers finish out and trash the plant (if they ever decide to turn)
