    Where’d you find the rib roast? Aldi had some last year around Xmas time but this looks like diff packaging

    Costco rib roast is best value around… but you need to work on your knife honing skills my guy!

  6. Wow like 1/3 of it is just fat cap tail, compared to sliced ribeye in the store. That pretty much negates most of the “saving” there.

    Need a different knife for that kind of work. That’s for cooked meats
