I’ve never heard of this brand, commenting to follow because I’d love to learn more about it

I love it. The only downside is feeling really full from the fiber.

yes love this brand. I like all shapes but fettuccine, angel hair and speggitti are my fav. The wide soup noodles are great addition to broth.
But this brand and miracle noodles are top tier IMO. Hope you enjoy!!

I’ve had miracle noodles which are also Konjac noodles (or shirataki)so I imagine they taste similar, but I’ve never had this brand.
That being said, there’s this rubbery quality to them that was hard for me to get past. I prefer the kind that’s cut like rice because then I don’t have to chew as much and experience the rubberyness.
Personal preference are zucchini noodles, while they’re higher in calories it’s still only 20cal per 100g, which was negated in my case because I required a lot less sauce to get them down. Not to mention zucchinis are significantly cheaper.

Shirataki. Rinse first and boil for a minute to get rid of the smell. Texturally they are not like wheat pasta, but if you cook them with Asian flavours they’re quite good. Put Alfredo sauce on them and you’ll probably hate your dinner.
They’re great in pho instead of rice noodles. They stir fry well.
Some people have difficulty digesting them, and you may find yourself unstable for a day after eating them. Even if you do handle them well, if they’re the only thing you eat, you can be harmed. Moderation is appropriate.

great if you like the sensation of eating a bowl of rubber bands

Just eat normal pasta, you will be ok lol

They’re konjac based, which means you may be on the toilet the next day. They are definitely not suitable for a pasta substitute imo. If you use them for stir fry they’re good.

they’re konjac noodles, they taste like rubber and some people can’t digest them so they can give you intestinal blockages that need to be surgically removed. ive had them and would not recommend them. just portion out normal pasta, or you can do protein or chickpea pasta if that would make you feel better about eating carbs. these are not worth the money.

Not soft like actual pasta deffinately almost has more of a crunch if that makes sense. It’s fine with red sauce and some meat

Me and another local ED girly are in a war to see how much of this we can buy at a time when our QFC puts up a display of these. First time she got them all, the next time, I bought them all.
Then her, then me and so on…

I hated this particular brand of shirtaki noodles; they sell them in my Publix so they were the first brand I tried. I almost gave up completely on konjac noodles cause these were so nasty.
What I linked to is a variety pack where you get to try the rice, the angel hair, the fettuccine, and the spaghetti. This is critical because I greatly prefer some shapes over others. The angel hair and the rice is actually my favorite out of all of them because they are the smallest noodle and it’s hardest to detect the difference between the real and the fake.
The ones you have pictured here are my least favorite shape, the fettuccine because it’s a large noodle and it you can really perceive the difference in the texture and it’s rubbery.
