

I did these two batches a little differently and they turned out really nice, so I thought I would share. I start with frozen wings in the air fryer, and some bacon on a steel or cast pan (whatever you prefer). When the bacon is done cooking, I take it out of the pan and I pack it up for breakfast the next day and the wings are thawed out at this point. The wings then go into the bacon fat and are fried golden. The wings then go back into the air fryer. When the wings are ready, I use the bacon fat instead of butter for the sauce.
