My latte art sinks after 2 minutes and dissolves with bubbles. What am I doing wrong?

I'm still practicing, milk isnt bad, coffee bean is medium dark. I foamed milk until its too hot to hold and smooth texture. I havent attended barista course. After about 2 minute the art just dissolves and sinks down..
