It looks like white onion orange habanero and pineapple, salt. Maybe a little vinegar or lime.

I’m not familiar with this sauce but I wish I was lol. You might also post in r/hotsauce as there are lots of people over there making and selling sauces and people with knowledge of what’s available on the market.

Was the pineapple flavor predominant? I’ve made and eaten spicy pineapple salsas. They’ve always been fresh & chunky though. I’ve never had a creamy type like the one you posted the pic of. Maybe they just blended all the fresh ingredients into a smooth salsa. 🤷♀️
