I am doing a pre-holiday kitchen purge. Lentils in pantry. Sausage in freezer. Apple of unknown antiquity in fridge. Just made a vat of turkey broth. Sautéed a mirepoix for another recipe & used it here.
This is super tasty. Salad with bitter greens is a perfect accompaniment.
