Am in Tampa for a work team meeting and had a volunteer event at the Humane Society. Part of it was a sandwich ring for lunch. But when walking dogs we noticed this place was next door. Quickly changed plans.
This plate was $24 for two meats and two sides. They were out of turkey which is their best seller. Brisket was phenomenal. Hot links were great and so was the jalapeño cheddar links. I also had brisket fried rice and split a piece of wagyu burnt end burger.
Never expected to find this level of quality BBQ in Tampa of all places. Highly recommend if you’re in town.

Tampa has better food than most people realize.
Brisket Shoppe is top notch anywhere you look. Danny is an artist!!! Everything here is straight fire. Eat your heart out Texas!
In its original location they had Shiner on draft while you waited for your food or shopped the grill store. I grew up in the area and never imagined there would be a legit Texas bbq joint here. It’s awesome.
