Hey guys, i recently started drinking fig coffee. It has a really nice flavour and it's caffeine free. And it only has one ingredient: roasted figs.

Aside from the flavour, I was wondering if i will be in incorporating any vitamin or mineral in a significant amount per cup

According to the nutrition facts, no. There’s 2 grams of carbohydrate, 5 mg of calcium, and 22 mg of potassium. That’s it, everything else registers at 0%. There are 10 calories per serving, roughly 8 of which are from the carbohydrate. So there’s basically no nutritional value in this drink, but it does have the benefit of presumably lowering your caffeine intake from what it would otherwise be.
