Don’t want to cook for Thanksgiving this year?
Those looking to avoid the hassle of preparing a holiday feast can order takeout from multiple restaurants in the Boston area.
Most restaurants take orders until the end of this week and offer scheduled pickup the day before Thanksgiving to ensure customers have a freshly cooked meal on their table.
Below is list of 15 restaurants in and around Boston that offer Thanksgiving meals to-go.
Da LaPosta
825 Washington St., Newton; 617-964-2665
Order a Thanksgiving meal with an Italian twist from da LaPosta in Newton. The meal comes with antipasto, Brussels sprouts, caesar salad, baked rigatoni alla vodka, tiramisu and more. The Thanksgiving takeout menu is $195 and serves 6-8 people. Orders must be placed online by Saturday, Nov. 22 and pickup is on Wednesday, Nov. 26 from 2-6 p.m.
Bar Enza

Items on Bar Enza’s Thanksgiving takeout menu include a Heritage Turkey or chef Lydia Shire’s infamous Pork Shoulder. The menu is $70 per person. People can order until Sunday, Nov. 23 and schedule pick-up from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 26. Orders must be placed online.
Rochambeau

Rochambeau’s takeout Thanksgiving meal includes a 15-pound brined turkey, cranberry chutney, natural gravy, apple and sausage stuffing, lobster butternut squash soup, green salad, haricots vert and Brussels sprouts. The meal is $310 and serves up to four people. Orders must be placed on Rochambeau’s website and can be picked up Wednesday, Nov. 26 or Thursday, Nov. 27 until 2 p.m.
The Wellington

People can order a turkey platter from The Wellington in Belmont to take home on Thanksgiving Day. The platters comprise turkey, stuffing, potato puree, gravy, sweet potato fries, broccoli casserole and cranberry sauce. Orders can be placed online or by calling 617-932-1750 up to two days in advance (by Tuesday, Nov. 25 at 9 p.m.). Platters can be picked up from 12-6:45 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day.
Matria

Matria’s $400 Thanksgiving to-go meal serves 8-10 people. It comes with roasted turkey, gravy, ginger acorn pumpkin soup, farro salad, shaved Brussels sprouts and apple salad, cheddar cheese smashed potatoes, chestnut focaccia stuffing, parsnip Yukon au gratin potatoes, roasted fall vegetables and cranberry compote. Desserts include either pumpkin pie or pecan pie. Those who order Matria’s Thanksgiving takeout get a one-night stay at InterContinental Boston within a year of Thanksgiving Day 2025. Maggiano’s Little Italy

Maggiano’s Thanksgiving carryout bundle menu comes with caesar salad, roasted turkey with sage and sausage stuffing, smoked ham with whipped sweet potatoes, spaghetti and meatballs, four-cheese ravioli, garlic mashed potatoes, cranberry relish, pumpkin praline cheesecake and chocolate layered cake. The cold-prepared option is $210 while the hot prepared option is $220. Maggiano’s is also offering a sides-only bundle for $50. LUCIE’s Thanksgiving to-go menu comes with butternut squash bisque, a 14-16 pound roasted turkey, wild mushroom brioche stuffing, haricot verts, mashed yukon potatoes, cranberry chutney and a quart of gravy. McGonagle’s Pub & Restaurant

McGonagle’s is letting customers order a Thanksgiving meal with an Irish twist. The four-course dinner is priced at $80 per person, and comes with a choice of starters, main course, sides and desserts. Options include cream of vegetable soup, roasted turkey, glazed Irish ham, mashed potatoes, garlic and herb stuffing, Brussels sprouts with bacon and sticky toffee pudding. All orders must be placed online and by 4 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 24. Dinners must be picked up by 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 26.

The Lenox Hotel’s “Take & Bake” Thanksgiving dinner feeds up to eight people and starts at $469. The takeout option has multiple fixings, including a whole 16-18-pound turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing and a loaf of thick-sliced bread for leftover turkey sandwiches. People can order the “Take & Bake” meal online and choose their pickup slot on Wednesday, Nov. 26.
