Potato salad
Who doesn’t like potatoes? If I can’t think of anything to make as a side dish, potatoes are my go-to. This recipe is a staple in Moroccan cuisine and it complements any protein dish, especially barbecue.
Ingredients:
* 3 big potatoes
* 1 shallot
* Fresh parsley
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1/4 teaspoon cumin
* Salt
Instructions:
* Boil the potatoes until soft and cut them into cubes.
* Finely chop the shallot and add it to the potatoes.
* Add the fresh parsley, olive oil, cumin, and salt and mix well.
