Recipe:

Preheat oven to 400°
Ingredients:
5 vine Tomato’s
2 big tomato
1 Yellow onion
1 Red Peppers
1 Orange pepper
Whole Garlics (I used 5 of the smaller ones)
Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, basil, oregano, chili flakes. Make sure to pour olive oil in garlic cloves to roast.

– Roast/bake tray full of ingredients for 45min.
– Let everything cool down for 5-10min
– Add ingredients to a blender, squeeze garlic out of the heads & add 1 cup of veggie or chicken stock and 1/2 of basil leaves, then blend.
– Melt 3tbs of butter in a pot over medium heat , then add sauce to pot… to the sauce add & stir…
1/3 cup cooking white wine
1 Tbs Tomato Paste
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 cup of heavy cream & grated parm cheese
(Most of this wasn’t recording, unfortunately but make sure you add these while boiling, then let it sit with lid on the lowest heat setting for 8-10min)

For the grilled cheese I used fresh cheddar cheese & Gruyèrey

  1. The most adorable thing about this video, is the fact the she prepared her meal for herself, however when her husband arrived, her love is so strong and pure that she was willing to sacrifice her meal for him. Just for him to eat!!!! It is in our nature a care instinct with pure love.
