    Is it possible that there’s dairy in it? I’m wondering if it’s a crema base with pineapple and yellow habanero (the second pic has a slightly yellow tinge to it). Or maybe mayonnaise?

    Some other questions that might help others narrow it down for you: How thick is it? Is it sour or sweet? How hot is it? What do *they* call it? Any allium notes (garlic/onion)?

    I think you would get pretty close by making a pineapple habanero version of a Doña sauce, which seems creamy because it is emulsified oil in a pepper base. I’d suspect it would work with piña and habanero just as well as jalapeños.
