Blueberry pancakes layered with blueberry compote and vanilla custard

I had this at a place in Bangkok called Breakfast Story, and it was honestly amazing. They specialize in breakfast food, and these pancakes tasted just as good as they look. The blueberry and custard combo was perfect.
