Dubrovnik is set to welcome a brand-new festive event this December, as the Rixos Premium Dubrovnik hotel prepares to host the inaugural Christmas Mediterranean Fair of Healthy Food, Medicinal Herbs and Green Entrepreneurship. The fair will run from 9 to 13 December, adding a fresh and fragrant twist to the city’s pre-holiday atmosphere.

Designed as both an exhibition and sales fair, the event will showcase a wide variety of Mediterranean-inspired products. Visitors can expect everything from healthy foods, natural remedies and eco-friendly local produce to medicinal herbs, handmade crafts and creative Christmas gifts perfect for the holiday season.

Organisers say the goal is not only to enrich Dubrovnik’s festive calendar but also to celebrate the Mediterranean lifestyle, promote sustainable business practices and support small producers whose work often remains hidden behind larger brands.

“The fair aims to bring people closer to the values of Mediterranean living while highlighting the importance of green entrepreneurship,” organisers said, inviting residents and tourists alike to explore the stalls, meet local artisans and enjoy a relaxed, seasonal shopping experience.

Entry is free of charge, and the fair will be open every day throughout its five-day run. With its mix of natural products, handmade gifts and holiday cheer, the Christmas Mediterranean Fair promises to become a charming new addition to Dubrovnik’s festive traditions.
