These make ahead breakfast sandwiches are perfect for busy mornings or if you need to feed a crowd. So, you got a couple choices here. You can either make your homemade biscuits if you’d like or you can go buy the frozen kind and just cook those up according to the package directions. I got the package. It had 20 of them in it. So, I cracked 20 eggs into a bowl. I put about a teaspoon of salt and pepper. I put a little bit of steak seasoning in there because I thought it might be good. A little bit of heavy cream in there. Milk would also work. And then I whipped it up. I sprayed a 9 by13 pan, poured that in and then put it in a 350°ree oven for about 20 minutes until it wasn’t jiggly until it was a little bit set up. So, those biscuits are done baking. So, I cut them in half and then I’m going to put cheese on them. And then I bought the frozen sausages that I’m going to put on those as well. I’ve had them out of the freezer for about 20 minutes and so they have thought a little bit. And now I’m going to take those eggs that I’ve cooked and I’m going to cut them into 20 slices. And then I’m just going to put them on top of that sausage and it’s going to thaw that sausage even more. And then I’m going to put the lids on those biscuits and I’m going to wrap them into foil. So you can either wrap them all up or I put six of them back in the oven so we could have them for breakfast that morning. But if you’re going to um save them for later, and I’m thinking Thanksgiving morning, Christmas morning, headed to the beach morning, you can wrap them up in foil and then you can just put them in a large container or baggie and then put them into the freezer until you are ready to eat them. When you’re ready, just take them out, put them in a pan still wrapped in the foil into a 350°ree oven for about 40 minutes and they are perfect make ahead sandwiches. Or if you want to just take one of them, defrost it in the microwave for about a minute, cook it for an additional 30 seconds, and you’ve got a ready to go breakfast that is so delicious.
