Hey, I’ll try my hand out drying peppers for the first time and a couple of them are orange or turning more of brownish color, they feel dry to the touch but just wondering if this is something I should avoid. Thanks!
I dry a bunch of those. Not many turn orange but a few do. When you cut them give them a sniff. If they smell good use them if not, cut another one. All the best!

that one wasn’t ripe. they’re fine
