    To be fair garlic here tastes a lot less intense than what they use overseas. I think I eat more garlic than meat during a BBQ lmao, but I can’t imagine doing that with foreign produce.

    Korean garlic is less “intense” than garlic available in e.g. European supermarkets, so, it can be used differently.

    I come from Manchuria (the region in northeastern China next to North Korea) and my people cannot live without garlic.
