The hit Netflix series “Emily in Paris” is about to come to life in Toronto. But it will only be here for one evening.

To celebrate the global partnership between the show, produced by Paramount Television Studios and creator Darren Star, and spreadable cheese brand Boursin, an immersive dining experience is about to pop up in the city.

On Dec. 5, the Boursin Bistro will take over Toronto’s famed social media hot spot Cafe Renée in the city’s King West neighbourhood.

So, for those looking forward to Season 5 dropping on Netflix Dec. 18, this is just the place to get ready for the new episodes.

The chic, Parisian inspired pop-up invites fans to “step straight into Emily’s world for an evening of indulgence, charm and joie de vivre.”

“For years, Boursin has been at the heart of Canadian entertaining — elevating every table it touches,” said Marie-Eve Robert, vice-president of marketing and corporate social responsibility.

“Boursin continues to craft signature moments that inspire Canadians to gather, connect, and indulge — inviting true fans to connect and dine together.”

The bistro’s curated menu is influenced by classic French cuisine and will feature complimentary shareable plates and a beverage.

Guests will also choose one of three signature Boursin boards inspired by Emily’s love interests from the show, including the Gabriel, the Alfie, and the Marcello. Each will spotlight a different Boursin cheese.

The “Emily-approved night out” will be complete with Parisian inspired decor, live fashion illustrations, a photo booth, and the sounds of a live jazz singer.

“Every detail transports guests to a night out in Paris — no passport required,” according to the team at Boursin.

And diners are also encouraged to dress the part in their most “Emily in Paris” inspired looks.

“Think bold, confident and très chic,” the team adds.

The experience will run at 100 Portland St. from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. Reservations are available online while availability lasts.
