



The first time they were too small, the second time I tried to use cocoa powder and they all ended up mottled and underbaked and this third time the ones on top came out not horribly and the ones on the bottom came out mottled on top and maybe overcooked on the bottom? Thoughts? It’s almost like they cooked too fast or something being underneath the other ones, probably not the best thing to do in my oven. I got cookie sheets that I can put side-by-side in the oven for next time!

next time either do one sheet at a time (thats what i do) or you can rotate the sheets 3/4 of the way through… as in rotate top to bottom and front to back as i see people who do two sheets at a time do?
